Illustrator Lines from DWGs
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a set of simple shape outlines saved as DWG files. After importing each one into Adobe Illustrator, I need internal detailing added: a mixture of straight and curved lines that mirrors the reference artwork I’ll supply for every shape. The curved segments should follow my layout exactly, so precision in matching angles, radii, and spacing is important.
All work must stay fully editable—no flattened strokes or expanded paths—and every shape should sit on its own clearly named layer so I can toggle visibility later. Once the internal lines are in place, save and return the files as native .ai (Illustrator 2021-compatible) with the original DWG geometry intact.
If you’re quick with Illustrator’s pen, line, and curve tools and comfortable working over CAD imports, this should be a straightforward production job. I’ll forward the DWGs and reference artwork as soon as we start so you can get straight to drawing. supply 1 trial (paid) within today.
Attached is an example but not the actual project scope.
