Expert Illustrator / Large Format Designer – Refine AI Assets into Print-Ready Wall Graphics & Exhibition Panels
Job Description:
I run a service that transforms dense company reports, sustainability reports, annual reports, and strategy documents into large-format visual displays (wall graphics, exhibition panels, infographics, trade show backdrops, and installations).
I use Adobe Firefly (inside Illustrator) to generate vector illustrations, icons, and visual elements. I need a highly skilled designer who can take these AI-generated files and turn them into clean, professional, print-ready large-format designs.
What You Will Do:
Receive extracted content from PDF reports (key messages, data, quotes, charts, branding guidelines).
Receive AI-generated vector assets from Firefly (or occasionally raster that needs tracing).
Build complete, visually compelling large-format layouts in Adobe Illustrator.
Apply strong visual hierarchy so the content is readable and impactful from 2–5 meters away.
Maintain corporate/professional style while making the design engaging and modern.
Handle full print production preparation (CMYK, bleed, resolution, minimum font sizes, etc.).
Requirements – You Must Be Strong In:
Adobe Illustrator (advanced level) – this is non-negotiable.
Working with AI-generated vectors (cleaning messy paths, organizing layers, refining Firefly outputs).
Large format design best practices (banners, wall panels, exhibition graphics).
Typography hierarchy and information design for complex content.
Corporate / B2B / sustainability / ESG visual style.
Exporting high-quality print-ready PDFs suitable for large-format printers.
Typical Project Flow:
I send you the raw report + brand assets + AI-generated vectors.
You create 1–2 initial layout concepts.
We do 2–3 rounds of revisions.
You deliver final print-ready .AI + .PDF files (with bleed, crop marks, and proper layers).
Portfolio / Test Request:
Please reply with:
3–5 examples of large-format / exhibition / infographic work you have done.
Any experience working with AI-generated assets (Firefly, Midjourney, etc.).
Confirmation that you are advanced in Illustrator.
Budget & Terms:
Fixed price per project (typical project = one wall graphic or exhibition panel).
