High-Waisted Leggings Tech Pack Design

I'm looking for an experienced Technical Fashion Designer to create a complete, production-ready tech pack for a pair of premium women's high-waisted leggings.

The design is finalized, and I need a detailed tech pack that a manufacturer can use to develop the first sample with minimal revisions. The garment will be made using a performance stretch fabric suitable for activewear.

The tech pack should include:
-Technical flat sketches (front and back)
-Construction details and stitching specifications
-Points of Measurement (POM) with grading recommendations
-Bill of Materials (fabric, trims, elastics, labels, thread, etc.)
-Fabric recommendations for performance stretch materials
-Seam and finishing details
-Colorway page
-Label and care label placement
-General construction notes for manufacturing

Deliverables:
-Editable Adobe Illustrator file
-PDF version
-Excel or Google Sheets measurement/spec sheet (preferred)
