I need my business loan application recreated from scratch as a crisp, print-ready PDF. The final document must follow this exact flow: Part A – Company Information, Part B – Applicant Information, Part C – Business Profile, Part D – Cash Advance / Loan Questions, and Part E – Signature.

The layout will be a fully custom design rather than a generic template. Please weave in my brand’s logo and color palette so the form feels consistent with our other customer-facing materials. I’ll supply those assets once we start.

Primary deliverable:
• Press-quality, fillable PDF of the completed five-part application. (Editable source file—InDesign, Illustrator, or similar—would be appreciated for any future tweaks.)

Acceptance criteria:
• Each part clearly labeled (A-E) and ordered exactly as listed.
• Clean typography, balanced spacing, and professional hierarchy—no pixelation when printed.
• Interactive text fields, check boxes, and signature area fully functional in Acrobat.
• Colors and logo match the provided branding assets.
