High-Res Poster Graphic Rebuild

I already have a finished 36" × 72" poster saved as a PNG that was originally put together in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Overall it looks good on screen, but I need the entire file rebuilt at true print resolution so it outputs razor-sharp on a large-format printer.

The one trouble spot is the center circle graphic. I will upload a new template for that element and want its design REBUILT and swapped in, keeping the rest of the layout intact. Color adjustments may be required—and rebuild the shape itself so it scales perfectly and looks better than the actual replacement design I have submitted.

I welcome any additional design change suggestions that the freelancer might recommend.

Feel free to work in Illustrator, Photoshop, or a combination; whichever gives the cleanest result. Once finished, please supply:

• A print-ready file at the full 36" × 72" size (minimum 300 DPI raster or fully vector)
• A flattened high-resolution PDF or TIFF that I can hand straight to the printer
• The editable source file so future tweaks remain easy

If anything in the art or OTHER POSTER CONTENT looks like it might soften when enlarged, let me know so we can correct it during the rebuild. I’m ready to share the existing PNG and the replacement circle template as soon as we start. Please note that the TITLE of the circle graphic can stay the same as in the original. It is only the circle graphic itself that needs replacement.
