High-Res Artwork Conversion for Banner

I need a digital artist to convert my existing digital artwork into a high-resolution, editable format suitable for printing a 2m x 2m banner.

Requirements:
- Current artwork is in digital format as a JPEG/PNG
- Final output should be high-resolution and editable
- Preferred file format for the final image: PSD, AI, or TIFF

Ideal Skills & Experience:
