High-Fidelity PDF-to-AI Vector

I need the attached PDF redrawn in Adobe Illustrator so the final file is 100 % vector. Every graphic element must be recreated with perfectly clean Bézier curves, crisp corners, and absolutely no embedded rasters or traces of pixelation. Because the graphic components are the priority, please give them extra care—logos, icons, and any illustrative shapes should look indistinguishable from the original at any zoom level.

Please place each individual graphic element on its own clearly named layer; that way any part of the artwork can be edited or recolored quickly. Text, if present, may sit on separate type layers, but the main request is granular control over the vectors themselves.

All colors must match the PDF exactly. If the artwork uses spot or Pantone values, retain them; otherwise replicate the precise CMYK/RGB builds so the file is press-ready the moment it reaches the printer.
