High-End Brand Identity Design

I have already articulated the positioning for “Auspire Nivum” as a premium-living, aspirational real-estate brand; what I now need is a designer who can translate that strategy into a polished, unified identity system—fast.

Logo design, colour palette and typography will form the core of the work, but I also want to see those elements flow naturally into print pieces (brochures, stationery, signage) and digital or promotional touchpoints so the brand feels consistently high-end wherever it appears. Think architectural elegance, refined urban living, clean lines and impeccable detail.

The look has to be ready ASAP, so I’m looking for someone comfortable jumping straight into Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and similar tools to prepare final artwork and a concise style guide I can hand straight to printers or web developers. Deliverables will be reviewed against overall coherence, technical accuracy (print-ready and RGB files) and fidelity to the premium positioning already defined for Auspire Nivum.
