Graphic Designer for Premium Golf Target (1m Metal Sign – Print Ready)

We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a high-quality, print-ready design for a 1-meter diameter metal golf target used at a driving range.
This target is a key visual and interactive element at our facility (Swiss Golf Park), so the design must be modern, bold, and premium – not generic or template-based.
The sign is actively used by players, so the design should be:
* Visually striking from distance
* Clean and professional up close
* Built to enhance the “impact experience” (when the ball hits, it makes a loud sound)
We already have a base concept and logo.
We are looking for a designer to:
* Create a refined, modern target design
* Integrate our existing Swiss Golf Park logo
* Develop a strong visual identity (not advertising, no sponsor branding)
* Optionally include:
* Subtle Swiss / alpine elements (minimal, graphic, not kitsch)
* Impact effects (e.g. splash, energy, sound visualization)
* Clean typography with a short message or slogan
Style direction: Premium / sporty / modern / slightly playful NOT cheap / NOT overly busy / NO stock-look
Technical Requirements
* Final size: 1000 mm diameter (circle)
* Deliverables:
* Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or InDesign (.INDD)
* Print-ready PDF (CMYK, with bleed)
* All elements must be:
* Fully editable
* Vector-based where possible
* Proper layer structure required
