Digital Product Designer for Print Products
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m adding a digital arm to my photography studio and the very first collection I want to launch on Etsy is a cohesive graduation announcement suite. I need polished, print-ready templates that parents or graduates can personalize quickly, plus visually striking mock-ups that help the set sell itself.
Scope of work and deliverables
• Editable 5×7 graduation announcement (portrait and landscape options)
• Coordinating vinyl banner layout sized for common print vendors
• Matching thank-you card and sticker/label designs
• High-resolution, photo-realistic mock-ups that showcase each piece together and individually in Etsy-friendly aspect ratios (thumbnail, listing gallery, and zoom)
Creative direction
The overall aesthetic should feel fresh and timeless—think clean typography, balanced white space, subtle color palettes—but not so formal that it loses the celebratory mood. For the wedding invite suite that will follow, I’m leaning toward a modern, minimalist look; if you can hint at that same design DNA here, even better.
Technical requirements
• Fully editable files in either Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or layered PSD (CMYK, 300 dpi)
• Clearly labeled layers and text placeholders for easy customization
• Print-ready PDF exports with 0.125" bleed and trim marks
• Mock-ups delivered as layered PSD or high-res PNG/JPEG with transparent shadows
Acceptance criteria
1. All templates pass a quick personalization test—names, dates, and images swap without breaking the layout.
2. Colors stay consistent between template, banner, and thank-you card.
3. Mock-ups look natural and on-brand in an Etsy listing at 72 dpi, 2000 px wide.
Once this suite is live and moving, I’ll roll the same workflow into wedding invites and other printable sets, so a smooth hand-off now could turn into steady follow-up projects. If the brief is clear and you’re confident you can hit the mark, I’m ready to review your ideas.
