Futuristic Sci-Fi Square Border

I’d like a crisp, futuristic-and-sleek square border that instantly signals science fiction. The palette should stay in the cool range—think layered blues, greens, and purples that can blend or glow—while the visual language leans on tech elements such as subtle circuitry traces, thin data-cable lines, or microchip motifs worked seamlessly into the frame.

The border must remain perfectly square; no rounded corners or irregular edges. Please keep the interior clear so I can drop artwork or text inside later. Gradients, glow effects, or faint grid overlays are welcome as long as they don’t overpower the clean lines.
