Full Brand Identity Suite
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need our current visual identity elevated into a cohesive, professional system that we can roll out everywhere, online and off. The work starts with a thoughtful logo refresh—refining what already exists rather than reinventing it—followed by a complete set of brand guidelines that lock down colour palette, typography, imagery style and correct logo usage.
Once the core look is established, I also want practical assets my team can pick up immediately: editable stationery and document templates (business card, letterhead, PowerPoint and email signature) plus a dedicated LinkedIn social media kit. That kit should include profile and banner graphics, post templates optimised for the platform, and clear specs so even non-designers can keep future posts on-brand.
Preferred tools are Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop; if you can also supply Canva versions, that’s a bonus. Source files, print-ready PDFs and web-optimised PNG/SVG exports all need to be organised in a logical folder structure.
Acceptance criteria
• Refreshed logo supplied in RGB, CMYK, spot and single-colour variants
• Brand guideline PDF (roughly 15–20 pages) covering colour codes, fonts (with licensing info), spacing rules and tone-of-voice notes
• Four clean, editable templates: business card, letterhead, PowerPoint, email signature
• LinkedIn kit: company page banner (standard and dark-mode), profile image, three reusable post layouts
• All original, fully editable design files delivered via a shared drive link
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s talk timing and any clarifications you need.
