Friendly Assisted Living Brochure
Budget: $10 – $100 USD
I need a brochure that positions our assisted-living community as a warm, trustworthy place to call home. This piece is strictly for marketing, so every page should invite prospective residents and their families to picture themselves here.
The overall look must feel friendly and welcoming—think soft, upbeat colours, spacious layouts, and photography that shows genuine interaction between staff and residents. Please weave this tone through two core sections I’ve already outlined: “About Us” (our story, values, location highlights) and “Services Offered” (care levels, daily activities, dining, on-site amenities). I’ll supply copy points and images; you refine, balance and place them.
Final Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF set to US letter tri-fold (or your recommended size) with proper bleeds and CMYK colours
• Editable source file in InDesign, Illustrator, or Affinity (your choice) so we can update rates or photos later
• A downsized PDF for email/web sharing
I’m happy to discuss brand colours, fonts, or any stock imagery suggestions before you begin. Looking forward to seeing your concepts and collaborating on a brochure that genuinely connects with future residents and their families.
