Four Informative Exhibition Boards

Job ID: 40221020

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I have drafted the copy for four exhibition boards whose sole purpose is to engage residents and stakeholders on a draft sustainability strategy. The wording is ready, the brand style guide is ready, and the board dimensions will be supplied the moment we start. What I now need is a graphic designer who can translate key sections of that text into clean, muted-palette infographics, with photos (from libraries which can be provided) while laying out each board so it feels consistent, balanced, and easy to absorb at a glance.

The guidelines already spell out typography, spacing, and the exact colour family; your task is to interpret them, not reinvent them. Where the draft becomes data-heavy, please convert it into clear visuals—icons, simple process flows, or concise data points—rather than leaving it as paragraphs. Everything should look professional, calm and authoritative rather than bright or playful.

Deliverables I am expecting:
• Four print-ready, high-resolution PDFs (CMYK, trim, bleed, crop marks).
• Corresponding editable source files (Adobe Illustrator or InDesign).

If this sounds straightforward for you and you have a portfolio that shows similar exhibition or museum-style panels, let me know your turnaround time and any questions you still have.
