Formal Employee Event Poster -- 2

I’m organising an internal event led by our General Manager and I need a polished, formal poster that will capture every employee’s attention while staying true to our corporate style. The poster must function first and foremost as event promotion, so the layout should highlight the date, time, venue and a concise call-to-action for staff to RSVP.

I’ll supply our logo, colour palette and a brief outline of the session once we start. Please apply a clean, professional aesthetic—think clear hierarchy, ample white space and typography that aligns with a formal tone rather than something casual or overly playful.

What I’d like back:
• A print-ready PDF (A3 and A4)
• An editable source file (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop—whichever you’re most comfortable with)
• A web-optimised PNG/JPEG for email announcements

Turnaround within three days would be ideal so we have time for one round of minor revisions before sending it to the printer. If you have experience producing internal corporate collateral and can point me to similar samples, that will help me lock this in quickly.
