Floor Plans Coloration

I'm looking for someone to color in some floor plans for presentation purposes.

Requirements:
- Two floors: Ground floor with reception and five office areas; first floor with two office areas and a gym.
- Monochrome color scheme (black, white, and shades of grey).
- Include furniture layout in the plans.
- Use gradient shading for different areas.
- Walls should be solid black.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of color theory and shading techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to create clean, professional-looking layouts.
