Fashion Designer for Premium Streetwear Collection
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
We are building TURTL HEAD, a premium contemporary fashion brand inspired by curiosity, timeless design, and understated luxury. We are looking for a talented fashion designer who can transform our vision into production-ready garments for our first capsule collection.
Scope of Work
Design our first launch collection consisting of:
* Premium oversized T-shirts
* Heavyweight hoodies
* Sweatshirts
* Wide-leg sweatpants
* Utility cargo pants
* Premium caps (optional)
Responsibilities
* Research global luxury and contemporary fashion trends.
* Develop original garment concepts aligned with TURTL HEAD’s identity.
* Create detailed technical sketches (front, back, and detail views).
* Recommend silhouettes, fits, fabrics, GSM, trims, stitching, and construction details.
* Prepare production-ready tech packs for every approved design.
* Suggest premium finishing techniques such as puff print, embroidery, silicone badges, woven labels, washed effects, garment dyeing, and specialty trims.
* Collaborate closely with the founder and refine designs based on feedback.

TURTL HEAD is not fast fashion.
Our aesthetic is inspired by brands like Represent, Fear of God Essentials, Aimé Leon Dore, Stone Island, and contemporary Italian minimalism—but every design must be completely original.
We want:
* Minimal but memorable
* Premium quality
* Unique silhouettes
* Timeless designs that remain relevant for years
* Hidden storytelling and subtle branding rather than loud graphics
Deliverables
* Original concepts
* Mood boards
* Front & back technical flats
* Fabric and trim recommendations
* Colourways
* Measurement specifications
* Production-ready tech packs
* Print and embroidery placement files
* Editable source files (Adobe Illustrator preferred) plus PDF exports
Requirements
* Strong portfolio in luxury, premium streetwear, or contemporary fashion.
* Proven experience creating factory-ready tech packs.
* Strong understanding of garment construction and premium fabrics.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work on revisions until designs are production-ready. Tech packs should clearly communicate measurements, construction, materials, trims, and branding so manufacturers can sample accurately.
