Factory Safety Posters Design

Content and copy for a full set of factory-floor posters is ready on my side; what I need now is a polished, professional treatment that fits our corporate look. As soon as I share the text and brand palette, I’d like the finished artwork back within 2–3 days.

Scope
The task spans four poster groups:
• clear, concise factory-floor rules and instructions
• a fire-safety layout map with call-outs
• individual safety and hazard signs (icons and brief text)
• management-information pieces that reinforce KPIs and best practices

Essentials to weave into every design are our company logo, the correct contact details, and the relevant emergency procedures. The colour scheme must follow the brand guidelines I will supply, so please allow time in the schedule for a quick palette check before final output.

Deliverables
1. Print-ready PDF files at 300 dpi (A1 and A3 variants)
2. Editable vector source files (AI or EPS) with outlined fonts
3. A web-resolution JPG/PNG version for intranet use

Acceptance criteria
• Visual style aligns with a professional, corporate audience—no playful or overly minimal treatments.
• All mandated elements (logo, contacts, emergency steps) are present and legible from a distance of three metres.
• Colours match the supplied brand values (CMYK and Pantone where relevant).
• Final files pass a pre-press check for bleed, crop marks and embedded links.

Preferred tools include Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, though equivalent professional software is fine as long as the final files meet the specs above. I’ll be responsive with feedback so we can lock everything down inside the two-to-three-day window.
