Expo Invite & Stationery Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a cohesive mini-identity for our upcoming Expo presence and the supporting corporate stationery.
First, the invitation: three separate city versions, each featuring a hero shot of our backpack worn by a model, the line “Visit our stall”, and all the essentials—stall number, exact hall/location, date and time, logo and tagline. The layout must keep the picture prominent without crowding the event details. I’ll supply the photos and raw copy; you bring the typography, colour balance and print-ready polish.
Once the invite artwork is locked, I want a matching DL envelope and an A4 letterhead that carry the same visual language so everything feels like one family when mailed or handed out at the fair.
Deliverables
• 3 print-ready invitation files (one per city)
• 1 envelope design (front & flap)
• 1 letterhead design (editable master)
• Source files in AI or PSD plus high-res PDFs
Consistency, clean alignment and pre-press accuracy are more important to me than flashy effects, so please be comfortable working to grid, managing bleeds and exporting CMYK. Two quick revision rounds should be enough if you nail the concept early.
