Existing Logo to Vector Conversion
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have a finished logo, supplied only as a JPEG/PNG, and now I need it rebuilt as a true vector so it can anchor all of my brand-identity work. The artwork must be redrawn—not merely traced by software—so every curve is crisp, colours are exact, and the file scales flawlessly from a favicon to a billboard.
Please keep the look identical to the original; any tiny clean-ups such as smoothing a rough edge or perfecting alignment are welcome, but this is not a redesign. Once complete, hand over the master source (Adobe Illustrator or equivalent) along with export versions ready for print and digital use.
Key Requirements:
- Geometric Smoothing: All curves—specifically the outer "footprint" shape and the internal "droplet"—must be perfectly smooth. Please avoid excessive anchor points; use the minimum amount necessary to create fluid, organic curves.
- Symmetry & Balance: Ensure the "heel" and "sole" sections feel balanced. The droplet should be centered optically within the upper portion of the footprint.
- Gap Consistency: The horizontal negative space (the line separating the heel from the sole) should have a consistent height and clean, slightly rounded or sharp edges [Designer's choice for best fit].
- Corner Radii: Eliminate all "accidental" sharp corners or jagged edges caused by the previous vectorization attempt. Every curve should be a continuous, smooth arc.
Deliverables:
Primary Vector: CMYK and RGB versions.
Monochrome: Solid black and solid white versions.
Formats: .AI (Master), .EPS (Scalable), and .SVG (Web).
Acceptance criteria:
• Clean, editable paths with no embedded raster data
• Final files delivered as AI, EPS, SVG and high-resolution transparent PNG
A fast turnaround is appreciated, and clear communication on progress will help everything move smoothly.
