Exact Vectorization of screenshot Design

I have a single design currently saved as a screenshot and I need it rebuilt as a clean, fully-scalable vector file for professional print production. No tweaks or creative changes are required—the artwork must match the original pixel-for-pixel, colour-for-colour.

Please recreate the file in Adobe Illustrator (or another industry-standard vector app) and supply the final artwork in AI or EPS, along with a high-resolution PDF proof so I can verify accuracy before sign-off. The vector should be 100 % editable, with all text converted to outlines and colours left in CMYK to keep it print-ready.
