Exact Logo Vectorization Needed - for SSL

I already have my logo finished, but it only exists as a JPEG. I need it rebuilt, pixel-perfect, in clean vector format so it scales flawlessly for every use. The artwork must be reproduced exactly as it appears now—no tweaks, no refinements, just an identical twin rendered in vectors.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Master file in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) with CMYK color.
• Exports in EPS, PDF, and TIFF.
• Ready-to-use versions sized for a standard business card (3.5" × 2"), an 8.5" × 11" flyer, plus one additional custom dimension that I’ll confirm once the project starts.
Accuracy is everything; if I drop your vector over my original JPEG it should align perfectly. Please keep all paths editable and avoid stray points or unnecessary compound shapes so printers won’t hit any snags.
