Exact Logo Vectorisation in Illustrator

I have a logo that currently exists only as a PNG, and I need it redrawn in Adobe Illustrator as a lossless, fully editable vector. The design must remain identical—no tweaks or creative changes—so that I can confidently scale and adjust it in the future without quality loss.
The primary use will be on websites, so the final artwork has to stay crisp on high-resolution screens and keep file size lean. Please supply:
