Exact Logo Extraction & Rebuild

I have a logo embedded inside an existing image and I need it pulled out and recreated pixel-perfect for my own personal use. No creative tweaks, color shifts, or modernising—just an identical rebuild that matches the original in every detail.
I will supply the source file (screenshot / photo) as soon as we start. Please redraw the artwork cleanly in vector format so it scales without loss of quality, and also export a high-resolution PNG with transparent background for quick use. Adobe Illustrator or an equivalent vector tool is fine; just be sure paths are crisp and colours match the original hex values.
Deliverables
• Editable vector file (.AI, .EPS or .SVG)
• 300 dpi transparent PNG
• Small JPEG preview for quick sharing
Acceptance is simple: when I overlay your file on the original at 100 % opacity, they should align perfectly. Let me know your turnaround time and any questions you have once you see the source image.
