Event Merchandise Clothing Design

I’m putting together a limited-run clothing line for an upcoming event and need a creative partner to turn the concept into production-ready apparel. The merchandise will be used exclusively at the event, so the designs have to capture its theme, feel fresh, and print cleanly across whichever garment styles we lock in (I’m leaning toward tees and hoodies, but I’m open to your recommendations).

Here’s what I need from you:
• Original artwork or graphic treatments aligned with the event’s branding guidelines (logo, color palette, and mood board supplied once we start).
• Print-ready files prepared for screen printing or DTG in standard formats (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG with transparencies).
• Guidance on garment selection, placement, and sizing so the final pieces look polished and consistent across sizes.

You’ll collaborate directly with me on concept sketches, refine one to two rounds based on feedback, then deliver final production files with clear color callouts and bleed margins. Experience designing event merchandise or streetwear is a plus, especially if you’re comfortable working in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent vector tools.
