I need a fresh, modern-and-clean backdrop banner designed for an upcoming event. The finished artwork must fit a 10'-wide by 8'-high fabric stand and focus squarely on promoting the event itself rather than serving as a generic brand wall.
Key direction
• Keep the layout uncluttered, with ample negative space so sponsor logos and messaging can be read from a distance.
• Apply our company colors; I’ll provide the brand palette and logo files as soon as the project starts.
• Typography should be crisp, contemporary, and legible at 15–20 feet.
• Any imagery or iconography you introduce should complement—not overpower—the event name and date.
Deliverables (print-ready)
• High-resolution PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, 1" bleed all sides)
• Source file in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop with all layers intact
• Outline of fonts or links to any licensed typefaces and stock images used
• A scaled mock-up showing how the design sits on the 10' × 8' frame

I’d like initial concepts within three days, with two quick revision rounds before we finalize the press-ready file. If you have large-format print experience, please note any best-practice tips you’d follow.
