Emergency Service Prohibited Actions Infographic
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
Infographic Design Brief (Rewrite)
We require an infographic for an Ambulance Service. The organisation logo will be provided once the contest has been completed.
To reduce the risk of individuals contacting the organiser directly, logo details will be shared after initial design
Key Messages to Include
1) Mobile Phones – Photography Prohibited
The infographic must clearly communicate that:
The use of personal or work mobile phones is not permitted for taking photographs at scenes/incidents.
This includes photographs of:
Scenes or incidents
Injuries
Patients
Even if the patient is not visible in the image
Where a photograph is clinically required, staff must use the Electronic Patient Clinical Record (ePCR) and the built-in photo function only using a Trust ipad device.
2) Sepura Radios – External Calling Function
The infographic must also include guidance regarding handheld Sepura (SEPURA) radios, specifically covering the function that allows staff to use the radio to call:
ANY CALL WHERE PATIENT DATA NEEDS TO BE DISCUSSED
Operational Team Leaders
GPs (where required)
Any other number not already stored in the handheld device
The infographic should be designed to accommodate and communicate this information clearly.
Design Requirements
Colour theme: Purple and Blue
Exact Pantone references will be provided following the initial contest stage.
Logo placement: include a placeholder labelled “LOGO” in the intended location.
Process for making a call from a SEPURA device:
Crews Dialling out Starting with no menus open.
1. Type the number you want to dial, prefixed by a 9. e.g., 90795700273
2. Press the up arrow and you will see a phone icon appear (as circled in red)
3. Select Call to begin the call, by pressing the top left button on the handset (nearest the Call text). (1/2/3) images to be provided.
