Email Signature & Social Media Kit

I’m refreshing our brand’s day-to-day visuals and need a designer who can pull together three linked assets in one coherent mini-package.

1. Email signature templates
• Look: clean, professional styling—no playful quirks here.
• Must hold: Name & Position, Company Logo, full Contact Details, plus a small line for our Company certification badge.
• I’ll need HTML that works in Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail, along with a lightweight PNG fallback.

2. Social-media post frames
• Direction: vibrant and colorful rather than minimalist.
• Sizes: square (1080×1080), story (1080×1920), and LinkedIn post (1200×627).
• Supply as editable PSD/AI files and ready-to-post PNGs.

3. Transparent logo
• Deliver a high-resolution PNG and the original vector (AI/SVG) on a transparent background.
• Colors must match our current palette; I’ll provide the brand guide.

I’ll share logos, fonts, and the certification graphic once we start. Let me see relevant samples of email signatures or branded social frames you’ve created so I can gauge fit. My goal is to approve initial drafts within three business days and wrap the final hand-off—assets neatly organized and named—shortly after.
