Dhyaan Enterprises already has every word of copy finalized; what I now need is a polished, eight-page brochure and corporate portfolio whose look instantly signals high-calibre strategic expertise to a boardroom audience. The visual direction is clear: a white-marble base, graphite and gold accents, elegant serif-sans combinations, and subtle skyline cues that nod to our Navi Mumbai roots without overpowering the layout.
Brand alignment outweighs everything else, so each spread must echo our positioning in real estate and business consulting while remaining formally professional from cover to back page. Content order is fixed—About Us, Core Expertise, Leadership Message, Vision 2030, Associated Companies (Innovant, Izar, eSIMfy), Market Presence, and Contact with a QR code—yet I am open to smart typographic hierarchy, negative space, and refined iconography that elevate readability without diluting prestige.
Final files are required both as a press-ready PDF (CMYK, 3 mm bleed, embedded fonts/images) and an editable Adobe Illustrator (AI) package with linked assets intact. Please factor in spot-gold or metallic ink call-outs where they add value to the luxury feel.
