Elegant Real Estate Card & Postcard

I’ve been selling homes for years and am now stepping into a brand-new territory. To introduce myself properly, I need a fresh, classic-yet-elegant look that runs from my business cards to a matching postcard I can send by mail and email.

Business card
• Style: classic and elegant—think timeless typography, balanced white space, no gimmicks.
• Must show my name and title prominently, plus both phone number and email address.
• Final files: print-ready CMYK PDF with bleed, plus the editable source (AI or PSD) and a web-friendly PNG.

Postcard
I want the same visual language carried over to a 6"×4" (or comparable) card. One version should be high-res for professional printing, the other optimized for email blasts (lightweight JPEG or PDF). I’ll provide the copy once the layout is set, but leave room for a strong headline and call-to-action.

Advice
Along the way, I’d appreciate quick guidance on tone and any small tweaks that may help a newcomer stand out in a competitive real-estate market—nothing extensive, just a professional eye on wording and layout flow.
