Elegant Proposal PDF Redesign

I have a fully written product proposal laid out in PDF format; the words are final, but the look still feels flat. I want you to transform the file into a visually impressive document that I can forward to high-end clients with confidence.

Here is what matters to me: the overall tone should stay minimalist, sophisticated and elegant—no loud colour explosions—while still feeling contemporary. All colour choices need to come from my website palette (I will share the URL), and you are free to select fresh, readable fonts that fit that refined mood.

Beyond colours and type, I need a clear visual hierarchy with consistent headers, sub-headers, spacing and subtle icons. Light, on-brand graphics that hint at health, wellness, water and gym environments will help break up the text-heavy sections without distracting from the copy.
