Elegant Outdoor Event Banner Design

I need a visually striking banner that announces our upcoming event and looks perfectly at home on large outdoor placements such as billboards and posters. The concept must lean toward a classic, elegant aesthetic—think refined typography, balanced composition, and a timeless colour palette that will stay readable and sophisticated even when viewed from a distance.

You’ll be working with the final event name, date, and a short tagline (all provided once we begin). From there, I expect a print-ready file in the correct billboard dimensions plus a scaled-down poster version, both delivered in layered Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop formats as well as high-resolution PDFs for the printer.

Please ensure colour profiles and bleed settings follow standard outdoor printing specs so my signage supplier can jump straight to production without extra tweaks. If you have previous examples of outdoor event banners in a classic style, I’d love to see them alongside your proposal.
