Elegant Editable Invoice Design
Budget: $12 – $30 SGD
I already have a simple, free invoice template that I’ll share with you, and I want to turn it into a brighter yet still clean, elegant version that matches my Heart to Art workshop branding. The banner should be a rich gold, with matching gold accents throughout; the base stays white or cream, with tasteful red pops and standard black body text.
Everything must remain fully editable in the same software version as the file I provide, so I can open it and make quick changes without compatibility worries. Key behaviour I rely on in the current file—sections that vanish when left blank—needs to stay intact:
• If I leave the Discount field empty, the word “Discount” and its line disappear from the final PDF.
• The same goes for the Terms and Notes areas.
Beyond the colour upgrade, I also need:
• A Discount box that lets me enter either a percentage or a fixed amount.
• An easily swappable logo space so I can drop in new artwork when workshops change.
• A polished, modern layout that feels creative but not cluttered, aligned with the Heart to Art vibe.
Deliverables:
1. The redesigned, fully editable source file in the original software format.
2. A quick-start note or short screen capture showing how to toggle sections on/off and replace the logo.
3. A test PDF export proving that empty sections truly remain hidden.
Once I receive the updated file, I’ll load it with real data and confirm everything flows as intended.
It has to be very easy and straightforward to use and I need to make sure I can use it easily as with everything mentioned above then milestone will be released. Thank you
