Educational IT Solutions Logo Design
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
Logo Design Brief: Educational IT Solutions
1. Company Background
• Current Name: Devine Network Solution
• New Brand Name: Educational IT Solutions
• What We Do: We are a specialised IT company that worsk exclusively with schools (both public and private) in New South Wales, providing full-service IT support, network management, and technology solutions.
• Website: The new website will be www.eduIT.com.au.
• Key Identity: We are an Aboriginal-based company.
2. Project Goal
We are rebranding from "Devine Network Solution" to "Educational IT Solutions" to create a brand identity that clearly and immediately communicates our specialization. We need a modern, professional, and trustworthy logo that resonates with our specific target audience.
3. Target Audience
Our audience is not students. Our clients are:
• School Principals
• School Administrators and Business Managers
• IT Managers/Coordinators within schools
This audience is professional, often budget-conscious, and values reliability, security, trust, and expertise above all else. The brand should feel like a stable, expert partner, not a playful "ed-tech" startup.
4. Brand Name & Logo Variations
The primary logo should feature the full name: Educational IT Solutions.
We also need a "stacked" version (for square spaces like social media) and a "horizontal" version (for website headers).
We are also very interested in a secondary logo or "mark" that uses the "EduIT" concept from our domain. This could serve as a strong, simple icon or favicon.
5. Brand Values & Keywords
The logo's "vibe" should be:
• Trustworthy
• Professional
• Secure
• Reliable
• Specialist / Expert
• Modern
• Approachable
6. Color Preferences
We do not have a pre-existing color palette. However, the colors must align with our brand values.
• Please explore: Palettes that convey trust and technology. Blues (trust, security), Greens (growth, education), and Greys/Charcoals (professionalism, stability) are good starting points.
• Please avoid: Overly bright, "childish" primary colors. We are a high-level technical service provider, not a daycare or a children's app. An accent color for energy (perhaps a specific orange, yellow, or light green) could work well against a more professional base.
7. Logo Style
We are open to your expertise, but we feel a Combination Mark would be most effective. This typically involves:
1. A clean, professional Wordmark (the name "Educational IT Solutions").
2. An Abstract or Pictorial Mark (an icon). This could be an abstract "E," a subtle nod to "education" (like a shield or book), or a "network/tech" symbol.
Design Exploration - Aboriginal Identity:
As we are an Aboriginal-based company, we would like to see some options that thoughtfully and respectfully incorporate elements of contemporary Aboriginal art or symbolism. This is not a mandatory requirement for all designs, but rather an optional creative path we would like to explore alongside other modern/tech concepts. The integration must be professional, subtle, and appropriate for our corporate audience.
What to avoid:
• Cursive or "fun" fonts.
• Overly complex or detailed icons that won't scale down.
• Clichés like cartoon computers or graduation caps (unless the Aboriginal-inspired designs are being explored).
8. Logo Applications (Where it will be used)
The design must be versatile. We will use it on:
• Digital: Website header (www.eduIT.com.au), email signatures, social media profiles.
• Print: Business cards, letterhead, marketing brochures.
• Apparel: Embroidered on technician polo shirts. (It must be simple enough to stitch well).
9. Deliverables Required
• Full-color, black, and all-white (reverse) versions of the logo.
• Scalable vector files: AI, SVG, EPS.
• High-resolution raster files: PNG (with transparent background) and JPG.
• A "favicon" version for the website.
• A simple 1-page brand guide sheet with the final color codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK) and font names.
