Editable Quote & Invoice Template
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need two easy-to-update templates—one for quotes and one for invoices—delivered as editable PDFs. Each document must let me change the title, our full company address, the customer’s address, descriptive text, pictures, quantity, unit price, line totals, VAT and the overall total without any locked fields.
Branding is important, so please incorporate our company logo, colour scheme and custom fonts. I’ll provide the assets; you make sure they display crisply in the final file.
A portrait A4 layout is fine, but if you can also give me a landscape version I’ll gladly use both.
Deliverables
• Quote template (editable PDF)
• Invoice template (editable PDF)
• Original working files (InDesign, Illustrator, Word or similar) so we can tweak the design ourselves later
Acceptance criteria: every field remains fully editable, calculations for totals and VAT work flawlessly, and the visual style matches the branding assets I supply.
