Editable Quick Reference PDF Handbook

I’m assembling an editable, newcomer-friendly quick reference handbook that lives in a single PDF. The document will introduce job role descriptions and consolidated contact information, laid out in a clean, modern style that matches our brand. To keep the content lively and easy to scan, each section should be supported by clear infographics—think concise process diagrams, org charts, or icon-driven callouts rather than stock photos.

The file must remain fully editable so HR can update titles or phone numbers without redesigning the whole piece. An Adobe InDesign layout with well-named layers and paragraph styles works best, but I’m open to another tool if it still outputs an unlocked PDF. Interactive elements such as clickable email links or internal navigation are welcome, provided they don’t hinder easy editing.

You’ll receive the raw copy, brand colors, and any existing icon set on kickoff. From there, I need copy polishing where helpful, thoughtful page hierarchy, and custom infographic creation that ties everything together visually.
