Editable Illustrator Map Vector
Budget: $30 – $50 USD
I need a clean, fully-editable vector map built directly in Adobe Illustrator for a print project. The final artwork has to reproduce crisply at large format, so please build the file with accurate paths, smooth curves, and logical layering that will let me switch visibility or restyle sections later on.
The map must be in a single-colour, monochrome palette, so please avoid gradients or multicolour effects (see attached example). I will supply a rough reference image and the exact geographic map once we start; you’ll translate that into vector shapes, align them precisely, and keep everything scale-accurate.
Deliverables
• .AI file (CS6 + compatible) with editable layers and vector lines (able to change colour and line shapes)
• Same map but in 2 different sizes: one in square (see attached example) and one in wider horizontal rectangle (maybe 16:9)
• All type converted to point text, using only open-source fonts or system fonts
• Artwork size will be determined and given to freelancer
Before handing over the file, please double-check that every element remains editable and that no stray anchor points or hidden raster objects are left inside. Once that’s done, send the Illustrator file plus a flattened PDF proof so I can confirm that it prints exactly as intended.
