Edit and Standardize 11 Adobe Illustrator Files (Approx. 900 Designs Total)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We’re looking for an experienced Adobe Illustrator designer to help us clean up and standardize a large batch of design files. The project involves 11 AI files containing approximately 900 individual designs in total.
Scope of Work
The following tasks need to be completed across all designs:
1. Color Consistency:
o Review all designs and ensure consistent color use.
o Some designs currently use two similar green tones — these must be unified into one single green color (we’ll provide the exact HEX/CMYK value to use).
2. Logo Replacement:
o Remove the bottom logo on each design.
o Replace it with a provided web address.
3. Font Adjustments:
o Change the font used for the SKU number (bottom right of each design).
o Use the same font for the web address added in step 2.
o We will provide the specific font to use.
4. Text Visibility Check:
o Review all designs to ensure that all text elements are fully visible and properly aligned.
o Fix any instances where text extends beyond the artboard boundaries.
5. Editable Input Fields:
o Some designs include input fields (e.g., “XX pcs.”) that are currently converted to vector shapes.
o Convert these back into editable text fields.
6. Duplicate Version with New Background:
o After completing all corrections, create a duplicate version of each design with the following modifications:
Background color changed from white to a specified color (we’ll provide the color).
Stroke color changed to black.
Technical Requirements
• All work must be done in Adobe Illustrator (.AI format).
• All files must remain in CMYK color mode.
• RGB files will not be accepted.
Deliverables
• Updated AI files with all corrections made.
• A second set of AI files with the new background and stroke color.
• All text input fields must remain editable — including those that were already editable and those converted back to editable format during the project.
Skills Required
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working with batch design updates
• Understanding of CMYK color management for print

• The fontname (adobe typekit font) to be used for SKU and web address
• The correct colors and new background color
• The web address to insert
