Edit Adobe Illustrator files to produce metal laser-cut screens -- 2

I have created designs for 13 metal laser-cut screens in Adobe Illustrator. I have used dotted lines in the artwork. Before the designs can be cut out of metal, I need someone to convert all dotted lines into vectors so that I can move them around on the artboard. This is a very simple job for an expert and needs to be completed urgently. I have attached one of the panels so you can see what is needed.
