Dual-Event Poster Adjustments

I already have a fully-branded poster template from our ongoing event series, and now I need it adapted to promote two related dates on a single layout. The core look—logo placement, brand colours, typography and overall theme—must stay exactly as it is, but the content needs to be adjusted.

Here’s what I’d like you to handle:

• Replace the existing copy with new event titles and subtitles, dates, times and speaker names for each session.
• Re-work the layout so both events sit comfortably together, remaining balanced and on-brand.
• Introduce a complementary colour accent that fits the series yet signals these are two new events.
• Swap in a pair of new, supplied logos.
• Produce both an A2 print-ready file, as well as an Insta-ready .jpg with a 4x5 ratio layout and no logos.

Please deliver a print-ready CMYK PDF plus the editable source file (AI, PSD or InDesign—whatever you build in), as well as a Instagram-ready .jpg. I’ll provide the template package, logos, copy and imagery as soon as we start. If you have questions about bleed, trim, or colour specs, let me know so we can lock them in before you begin.
