Doorhanger & Flyer Redesign Needed

My existing door-hanger flyer already has copy, rough layout, logo, and brand colours, but the piece has a few things that need to be improved.

The finished artwork must:
• stay within a 4.5 x 11" trim size,
• be supplied as an editable Adobe Illustrator or InDesign file plus a press-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi).
