IT Docs Diagram & Infographic Revamp
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m refreshing a suite of Technology & IT documents that are content-rich but visually flat. The job is to turn my finalised copy into engaging, colourful visuals that still speak the language of engineers and architects.
What I’ll hand over
• Finished text for each section
• Reference sketches or rough wireframes when available
• Brand colours and icon set
What you’ll create
• A primary infographic for each topic
• Precise supporting diagrams that illustrate network topologies, data flows and system architectures
• Balanced page layouts that weave these visuals into the narrative
Deliverables
• Editable source files (AI, SVG or layered PSD)
• Optimised PNG/SVG exports for web and PDF embedding
• A short style note explaining colour codes, icon meanings and font choices so future edits stay consistent
Key points
– Accuracy first: every cable, node and data path must match the written spec.
– Colourful, not chaotic: vibrant palettes that remain readable in print and on-screen.
– I use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, so keeping layers tidy and named will speed up our hand-off.
Once we agree on timelines, I’ll provide the full document set and any brand assets. Let me know your typical turnaround for first drafts and how you prefer to structure review cycles.
