Directional Sign Artwork Design

I’m preparing a new metal way-finding sign for our factory entrance, sized 2000 mm high by 800 mm wide, and I need the complete print-ready artwork. The layout must weave three elements into a single, clean composition:

• our existing logo (vector file supplied),
• a modern, sleek, minimalist grayscale site plan that you will illustrate from my sketch / Google Maps reference,
• clear arrows identifying Car Park, Offices, Goods In and Goods Out.

Please set all text in a crisp sans-serif such as Arial or Helvetica so it remains highly legible when fabricated at full scale. The finished file should be vector-based (Adobe Illustrator or compatible EPS/SVG), layered, and accompanied by a press-quality PDF with 3 mm bleed and crop marks.

I'll review initial sketches of the site plan first, then once approved you can move to final colour-safe grayscale rendering and complete layout. Make sure arrow orientation and relative positions accurately match the site. When the artwork is signed off, provide the unlocked source file plus fonts or outlines so my fabricator can send it straight to production.
