Digitize Site Plan on Aerial

I have two PDFs: one is an aerial photograph of a property, the other is a hand-drawn site plan. Your task is to merge them by redrawing every element from the sketch directly onto the aerial, preserving scale and alignment so the roads, offices, squares and other features sit exactly where they belong.

The look must be crisp and professional—clean vector lines, consistent line-weights, legible labeling, balanced colours and hatching that feel at home on a planning submission. No extra detail is needed; simply replicate what is there and make it look production-ready.

Please return the finished file as a layered PDF (vector preferred) so I can toggle the drawing on and off the photo. If you work in AutoCAD, Illustrator, or similar, include the source file too—nothing proprietary or locked.

Accuracy is more important than speed, so double-check dimensions, orientation and proportions before sending the final deliverable.

I can send the aerial photo in different format if easier to work with - Plans are confidential, will send upon agreement. Attached is cut out of main aspects.
