Digital Event Hoarding Design

I need a striking hoarding layout that announces an upcoming event and works perfectly in two formats: 20 × 20 ft (square) and 40 × 10 ft (wide). Although the final output is digital, the artwork must be set up at the correct aspect ratios and high resolution so the printer can scale it without loss of quality.

The creative direction is open—there are no fixed brand colours or guidelines—so feel free to propose a fresh palette, impactful typography and an eye-catching composition that can be read easily from a distance. Once we start, I’ll share the event name, date, venue and logo; you’ll weave those elements into a single design and then re-size it to the second dimension.

Deliverables
• Layered source file (AI, PSD or similar)
• Two print-ready PDFs/PNGs: 20×20 ft and 40×10 ft at 300 dpi, CMYK
• Any linked fonts or images, cleared for commercial use

Acceptance Criteria
• Both sizes retain identical visual hierarchy and style
• Text remains legible when viewed at 100% on screen
• Colours and bleed settings match standard large-format print specs
