Develop Visual Identity Application Guide

We are looking for an experienced designer to develop a Visual Identity Application Guide based on our existing logo, defined brand name, and defined color palette.

This is not a logo creation or full brand strategy project. The objective is to define a clear and cohesive visual application system and apply it consistently across key brand touchpoints.
Full brand positioning details will be shared with the selected freelancer.

Scope of Work
Deliverables will be structured as milestones (not all at once).
This project does not include website development.

1. Mini Look & Feel Kit
Define a consistent visual direction including:
• Typography hierarchy
• Graphic elements / supporting shapes
• Image style and treatment guidance
• Layout principles
• Grid system
• Color usage guidelines
The goal is to establish a recognizable and professional industrial look & feel beyond the logo.

2. PowerPoint Template System
Design a clean and professional PowerPoint template including:
• Cover slide
• Section divider slide
• Content slide layouts (2–3 variations)
• Data / KPI slide
• Image-focused slide
Template must be fully editable and ready for internal use.

3. Information Screen Templates
Design 3 templates for:
• Internal announcement screens
• Operational update slides
• Key message displays
• Townhall screens
Focus: clarity, hierarchy, and legibility at distance.

4. Email Signature Template
• Corporate email signature layout
• Clear hierarchy for name, title, and contact information
• Optional bilingual version
• Ready-to-implement format

5. Signage & Wall Branding Mockups
Create visual mockups and guidelines for:
• Logo application on walls
• Typography or graphic element application in office/workshop spaces
• Simple environmental branding concepts
Focus is on visual mockups and direction — not full architectural drawings.

6. Video intro and otro (horizontal and vertical)
Create branded intro and outro templates for:
• Horizontal format (16:9)
• Vertical format (9:16)
These will be used for corporate and operational videos.
Deliverables should include editable source files in Adobe Premiere.
Focus: clean, industrial, professional motion — not complex cinematic animation.

7- Newsletter in 2 editable formats EMAIL (HTML) and A4 (Canva)

Requirements
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong portfolio within B2B, industrial, infrastructure, or energy sectors
• Experience applying brand identities across digital and physical environments
• Ability to create structured, clean, professional systems
