I have a linear set of written instructions that walks users through a business process from start to finish. Your task is to turn it into a clear, visually engaging flowchart that captures every decision point and action in detail. Because the chart is meant to demonstrate the process to new team members, it needs to be exhaustive rather than high-level—no steps skipped, no ambiguous connectors.

I will send you:
• the complete list of steps, decision questions, and expected outcomes
• any branding colours and fonts we need to respect

You will transform that information into a polished diagram using the flow-charting tool you’re most comfortable with—Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, Illustrator, or similar—so long as the final file remains fully editable.

Deliverables
• Editable source file (e.g., .vsdx, .lucid, .drawio, .ai, or .svg)
• High-resolution PDF and PNG exports suitable for printing on A3 and for embedding in a slide deck
• A brief legend or key if custom symbols are introduced

Acceptance criteria
• Every step and decision provided appears exactly once in a logical sequence
• Consistent shape usage (process, decision, terminator, etc.) and connector alignment
• Readable fonts and colours that meet basic accessibility contrast guidelines
