Detailed Accommodation Village Map

I need our accommodation village site map completely refreshed and given a clean, contemporary look that still feels welcoming. The finished artwork will be printed on a 1200 mm × 1200 mm sign, so crisp vector quality is essential.

Style & look
• Detailed, not minimalist or overly illustrative
• Neutral tones that complement the existing way-finding signage around the property

Content that must stand out
Guest rooms (with individual room numbers for single-level buildings), block and stage numbers, all facilities, internal roads and clearly marked carparks.

Orientation
I’ll need two separate layouts: one in portrait, one in landscape with all room numbers, text and logos to be rotated. Both should share the same visual language so guests immediately recognise them, yet each must read naturally in its respective orientation. With "You are Here" arrows

Deliverables
1. Portrait map – print-ready PDF and original editable file (AI or similar)
2. Landscape map – print-ready PDF and original editable file
3. A small web-optimised PNG/JPEG of each version for email confirmations
