Design a Professional Strategic Plan Infographic (Max 3 Pages) for a Business School

I need a professional designer to transform a comprehensive strategic plan into a high-quality infographic / visual roadmap suitable for presentation to senior university leadership. The final output must be visually clear, executive-level, and aligned with global business-school standards.
The designer will receive the complete strategic plan document and must convert it into a maximum of 3 pages (1–3 pages total), depending on the optimal layout for clarity.
Final infographic document with a total length of no more than 3 pages
Acceptable formats:
1 page
2 pages
3 pages (maximum)
The designer should propose the best layout based on readability.
Formats: PDF + editable source file (PowerPoint, Illustrator, or Figma).
Two initial design concepts for review before finalization.
A clean, modern, professional academic/business visual style.
Required Skills

Ability to simplify complex academic/strategic information
