Design Monthly M&A Report

Every month I update a concise 5 to 7 pages M&A report. I will send you last month’s file so you can mirror the layout, colour palette, typography and visual hierarchy that readers already recognise. The fresh text will arrive in a Word document; your job is to flow it into the existing design, source crisp, up-to-date logos for every company mentioned (you’re free to grab them from Google Images, the firms’ own sites, or any reputable logo library), and make sure each logo looks sharp and consistent in size and resolution.

When you hand the project back I’ll need:
• A press-ready PDF that perfectly matches the previous look and feel
• The fully editable working file (InDesign or Illustrator)

Accuracy is key: typography, spacing and colours should be indistinguishable from last month’s version, and all logos must be good-resolution on screen . Turnaround is usually a few days once you receive the Word doc, so reliability and responsive communication are essential.
